- What if my site goes down?
- When you ask about your site being down. This is usually to general of a question. And depending on your definition of being down the answer may vary. However if you noticed that your Website is not available on the Internet, and you know that you have not violated our terms of service and did not miss any payments, we encourage you to mark down the time you noticed the problem. And contact us immediately we will check our logs for the cause and exact time it went down. And we will give you one month free web hosting. If it happens three times and your still our customer we thank you for your business, but you should reconsider another hosting company.
- It seems like other hosting companies have better deals then you.
- It's true there prices may be a little higher with a whole lot of bells and whistles that we do not offer. But when you sign up to service there. They will set you up and say here go you're on your own. Leaving you with a whole bunch of extra tools you know nothing about. - What is Bandwidth and why do I need it?
- Bandwidth is in simple terms the amount of traffic that is allowed to happen on your site. Every person that visits your site takes up a percentage of bandwidth. The amount of bandwidth that is taken by each person is determined by what they did on your site. If a person watched a video that person would take up considerably more bandwidth then someone who just read some text.
- How much disk space does a person need on average?
- Disk space is determined by the amount of space all the content of your site combined takes up. You make have a site with ten pages each page taking up 1MB. This would make your entire Website only 10MB in size. But if you were to add some pictures to each pages you would have to add the size of each picture into the amount of space your site will use. You would need to do this will all content on your site.
